We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of our Free Trunk-a-Treat Event at Potbelly Sandwich Shop — a festive, family-friendly celebration that brings our community together for Seasonal Halloween fun, creativity, and connection.
Attached you’ll find a flyer for each event. You can customize them as you see fit, perhaps you can post them in a high traffic area for your guest. If you offer any coupons or marketing materials regarding your services, feel free to provide me with those for our guests.

To make this event a success, we’re seeking support in three key areas:
- Outreach & Promotion
Help us spread the word! We’d love your help engaging local schools, community groups, and partners to ensure everyone knows they’re invited.
- Setup & Logistics
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with on-site coordination so the event runs smoothly — no heavy lifting required, just good vibes and teamwork.
- Car Contest Sign-Ups
We’re hosting a “Best Decorated Car” contest! If you or someone you know would like to participate, please sign up @ your desired location.
